Gaze Capital announces its investment in TrainMe
Gaze Capital announces the completion of its investment in TrainMe (Train Me Tech Ltd), as part of the Seed round of the firm. Gaze Capital overtakes a passive minority stake in the firm.
Founded by Petros Stamatopoulos, Anestis Kyvranoglou and Fanis Koutouvelis, TrainMe is a London-based Fitness-tech venture focused on delivering an engaging gym-like fitness experience at home or outdoors. TrainMe’s mission is to make effective at-home training accessible to everyone. TrainMe offers hardware – two smart grips and two bands, carrying sensors that record real-time data and deliver an immersive workout experience, software – an app allowing users to customize their fitness experience, monitor their progress and interact with friends & the community and content – Trainme connects from your mobile to any smart screen you want, offering guided workouts through a universe of on-demand & live classes, across a number of genres, preferences and levels of fitness.
